IDA ROSE EVENTS began as an external expression of my inner world: a place where creativity, curiosity, and high standards could live comfortably side by side. The name itself is a nod to my grandmothers—two formidable women whose strength, style, and presence continue to influence how I lead, create, and set the tone in every room I enter.
Today, IDA ROSE EVENTS is a close-knit collective of planners and designers who care deeply about people, process, and purpose. We approach every event with the same philosophy: your story matters, the experience matters, and how it all feels will always matter most.

Since planning my outrageous eighth birthday party (complete with a silent auction, naturally) I’ve known that creating extraordinary experiences was always the goal. The kind that feel immersive, intentional, and joyful.
My path began in theater, fashion shows, concert production, and even makeup artistry, where I learned how storytelling, aesthetics, and precision come together to create unforgettable moments.
After starting my events career with a South Asian wedding planner and decorator, I was deeply inspired to immerse myself in the world of weddings and celebrations, where culture, emotion, and design intersect.
That foundation led to the creation of IDA ROSE EVENTS.

He’s a true tastemaker — not the “because it’s trending on Instagram” kind, but the “because it’s actually good” kind. He’s incredibly organized, a total logistics pro, and thinks wildly outside the box when it comes to design.
In moments of chaos, Edwin is calm, collected, and confident in the best way. He’s a true problem solver, deeply collaborative, and the kind of teammate everyone wants next to them when things get real.
And we’re honored to say that for the last 10 years with us, he’s used his eye for storytelling to turn even the most unforgettable details into jaw-dropping experiences for our clients.

What we love most about Patrick is how effortlessly he takes care of his people.
He is our spreadsheet king, logistics wizard, and quite possibly the fastest email responder on the planet. Truly, no one replies faster.
With a background in accounting and real estate, he is exceptionally organized and thrives on making even the most complex details feel seamless and under control.
With experience as a private chef and in catering, he is an expert in the culinary world. And thanks to his legendary from-scratch pasta, he's earned the nickname Pasta Patrick.
And no matter the style, timeline, or guest count, Patrick makes every client feel like the only one on the calendar!

Bahgi brings a global perspective and a deep love of culture, travel, and beautifully layered experiences to her work.
With extensive experience in cultural weddings, large-scale event planning, and concert production, she has organized festivals and produced multiple fashion shows, pairing creative vision with exceptional logistical skill.
Her background as a fashion stylist, interior designer, and event stylist gives her a refined, detail-driven approach to every celebration.
Now in her seventh year with IDA ROSE EVENTS, Bahgi is known for her calming presence and signature “we’ve got this” energy.
